The Essentials

You must be 18+ to use Capable. Our service costs €14.99/month after a 3-day trial. We provide rehabilitation guidance, not medical treatment. Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. You can cancel anytime.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Capable is NOT a substitute for medical care. We provide AI-powered exercise guidance based on protocols developed by licensed physiotherapists, but this is not medical treatment, diagnosis, or personalized medical advice.

You agree that:

•You will consult healthcare providers before starting any exercise program
•You will stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
•You understand that exercise carries inherent risks, including injury
•You will not use Capable for emergency medical situations
•You are physically capable of performing exercises safely

Medical Emergency? Stop using Capable and call emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Capable
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person (no sharing accounts)

3. Subscription & Payment

Pricing

• €14.99 per month (or 149 NOK/DKK/SEK in Nordics)
• 3-day free trial for new users
• Full access to all features - no hidden tiers

Billing

• Automatic monthly renewal after trial
• Payment processed by Stripe (secure)
• Update payment method anytime in settings

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime - no questions asked
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No cancellation fees or penalties

Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of payment if you haven't used the service. EU consumer protection laws apply.

4. How You Can Use Capable

You CAN:

✓ Use our exercises for personal rehabilitation
✓ Share progress reports with your physiotherapist
✓ Export your data anytime
✓ Provide feedback to improve our service

You CANNOT:

✗ Share your account with others
✗ Copy or redistribute our exercise content
✗ Use Capable to provide medical advice to others
✗ Reverse engineer our AI technology
✗ Use automated systems to access our service

5. Video Movement Analysis

By using our movement analysis features, you consent to:

• Camera access for real-time movement tracking
• Processing of 33 skeletal points (not raw video)
• Use of movement data to improve your program

Privacy: We do NOT store video recordings. Only skeletal point data is processed.

6. Our Content

All exercise protocols, AI technology, and content on Capable are protected by copyright. These were developed by 50+ licensed physiotherapists and represent significant clinical expertise. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Capable is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for injuries from exercises
• Our maximum liability is limited to €14.99 (one month's fee)
• We're not responsible for third-party services (like Stripe)

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Provide false information
• Use Capable for illegal purposes
• Haven't paid your subscription fee

You can delete your account anytime. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

9. Legal Stuff

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be resolved in Oslo courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes 30 days in advance.

Entire Agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us.
